In collaboration with implementation partner <\/span><b>TwoPurpose<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (formerly g-company\/Xebia), the foundation launched the project <\/span><b>Malja<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> launched - Arabic for <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shelter<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This project replaces the outdated programme management system ARCHIE and introduces an innovative approach to impact measurement and project management using <\/span><b>Amp Impact<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, built on the Salesforce platform.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5><b>Why Stichting Vluchteling chose to change<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With as many as 85 programmes in 32 countries, providing assistance to more than a million women, men and children, Stichting Vluchteling needed:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A replacement of the outdated programme management system<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Effective reporting of impact results for 55 projects in 28 countries<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An alternative to manually managing data in spreadsheets<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A scalable and secure system that meets auditor requirements<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The choice fell on Amp Impact, a powerful programme management framework supported by Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, complemented by smart components such as Many2Many tagging.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5><b>The solution: Agile, scalable and supported<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Together with TwoPurpose, an agile implementation approach was chosen. Experts from Stichting Vluchteling and TwoPurpose formed one multidisciplinary team.
